GOOD MONDAY MORNING

MONDAY - wow

I have a long long long work day planned and wont make it on tonight.  You all know how to contact me through out the day.

Today we are focused on family and support.

Drink 8 glasses of water
Make healthy eating choices

Exercise:
creative cardio - get moving and be active
set of 12 arm curls
set of 12 squats
set of 12 crunches
set of 12 launches

complete that for a set of 4
