Thursday

The sun is shining bright and the warm weather is on the way!  That means we are going to have fun today! 

Exercise - 30 -45 mins of cardio.  Walk the dog, take a walk, run, jog anything enjoy the sunshine and a min of 30 mins of fast movement!

Tomorrow is chest and arms unless I change my mind :)

Drink at least 8 glasses of water today, skip the cokes and juice for one day. 

Be kind to your body and it will be kind to you.

POW!  if you shout it - it feels good!  otherwise its no fun so yell it out.
