Exercise: - 30 mins of cardio. I hope that you are a little sore this morning and thinking of me. Think about the excting summer of health we are going to have.
Advanced folks - 45 mins of cardo.
Eating - try to eat every two hours if possible. NOT MEALS, an apple, a cup of strawberries, celery..... something small and natural. Keeps your metabolism up
8 glasses of water today- no exceptions- helps keep you hydrated and makes you flush out everything so you can poop.
Kindness: - do something for others today and focus on uplifting someone today. Smile and say hello, help an old person with their cart at the store, gather a couple of clothing items to donate or something like that.
