A Family Together Is A Happy Family

Hello to my loving family.

First off i want to apologize for missing my posts, somehow in the midst of football Sunday i lost my focus for a second. But that isnt going to happen again because really you as my family are more important to me then i can ever express.
Second i wanted to say welcome back to Spirit and we have missed you so much. In our real life we still have to go through the experiences that life gives us but it is always wonderful when it lets us be together on SL.
Our family has been through a lot over the years. We have all known each other for more years then we have been together because our friendship is what has made our connection as family an extremely strong one imo. Master, Spirit, and Mina I see our family as such a strong component in my life and i value each of you so very much.
I know i havent been around much the past week thanks to my neighbors giving the flu but it is important to me to express how very important you all are to me and how much i truly love each of you. Master, you are always the strong will o four family with the heart as  big as any other i have known. Mina, my partner in crime you have been an inspiration and a joy to have not only in my life but in my heart. Spirit, you have been the gentle breeze on a hot day that just gives you comfort as you close your eyes and feel happiness.
We are a strong family and I am fortunate enough to be able to share my love with you all.
I hope this week is good to all of us and as the holidays approach always remember that the spirit of giving doesn't mean your pocketbook but rather the currency of your heart.

Good morning family! I hope that you all had a wonderful weekend. I had a blast with my daughter this weekend, we went to the Native American Pow Wow, which is always a lot of fun. It is going to be a gorgeous fall day here, which is quite unusual for Texas, as we normally get one or two fall days before it jumps straight to winter. I'm loving it. Hello to anyone who reads this. I am sorry that i didn't post yesterday like i am supposed to but it was a very bad day for me so I didn't want to spread the negativity through our family. But I do hope that this week brings happiness in our challenges and success. This week is my moving day and I am so ready to get out of this place and can only hope that I am not making a mistake and going into a worse situation then now. But all we can do really is just do what we can to ensure that we succeed in anything that life can throw at us.
One of my successes i think is this family who has been together for years and we are still going strong even though we don't always talk to each other. My love for family doesn't go away no matter what real life throws at me because i cherish each of you.

They Say There Is Happiness In Change

OK so i don't know if happiness is the right word considering that i am feeling extremely nervous and scared but, lol, I pick up the U haul truck in 10 days and will be in my new home in 12.
I am very excited and very scared as well but i have a high faith in that I will be able to do this.
There are so many new exciting things on this horizon including a dishwasher, washer, and dryer in unit! Who would have thought i would be excited to do dishes and laundry *giggles*
I do hope that this week also bring some excitement that brings happiness from your courage and hope.

Rainy days

It has rained the entire weekend. Normally I love the rain, however this weekend is a three day weekend, and my daughter is beyond bored and driving me up a wall. I hope that you are all having a great weekend though, enjoying the extra day, and catching up on some much needed R&R. *hugs and kisses*

Just Something To Think About

Hello Family (or rather those who read this)

I woke up from a dream this morning and it got me thinking. In the dream there was a huge tornado that pretty much destroyed everything leaving the survivors with not much. So I sat down in my dream and started writing an article and I wanted to share what the beginning of that article was.

"Why should Christmas and other holiday be the only days in which to celebrate family and the happiness and love we share to everyone."

I hope you all have a great week. I hope for those that work that you have a good easy week and Friday comes and sneaks up on you before you know it. For those who aren't working and have family to deal with I hope that you find times in which to laugh with them and hopefully regain a shred of sanity form the insanity of our lives.

New Home

Hello family,
Our home has moved and I have sent you all a landmark named Aldrin Summertime Fun and you have all gotten a tag invite so that you can rez when you wish. I am so happy to have this place as a home because it is the size of a sim. It is a beautiful summer beach landscaping with many nooks to set up home.

The rent is killing me with the extra expenses that I have this summer.  Pack up!!! Destination to be announced.  After the holiday I will have the freedom to be on again so u shall see daddy. 

A Day Late And A Dollar Short

Giggles, yes I do know that today is Monday and not Sunday but I still wanted to share my love with my family who read this.

For a quick serious note some of you know 18 firefighters were killed in a fire in Prescott on Friday. The fire started when lightening sparked over some dry brush area and ended up burning 6,300 acres and over 200 homes.. I have many family members who are a part of the firefighting community in Arizona and I can't imagine the loss that those family members are going through. My Uncle is a retired fire chief who still goes around fighting fires and training other areas with smaller fire departments and my two cousins are fire fighters training to also be paramedics for the fire department. All of them live in the Flagstaff area but go down to Prescott on a regular basis to help out.  It is a such an important job that is generally under appreciated until they are needed or lost. Firefighters are a special breed of man or woman who is a real hero every day that they are willing to put their lives at risk to save us all. So the next time you see a fire fighter I hope that you would take a minute or two to show how much their dedication is appreciated. I know I will be doing that. I know some of you pray so if you can keep not only the 18 fire fighter families in mind but also the firefighters who were close to them who now have to think about the real fact that death can happen on the job.

Now because I don't do many heavy stuff I wanted to end the blog with this which of course is mostly for Master because once again I can so see one of his children asking this....

A little boy was listening to a Bible story. His dad read, "The man named Lot was warned to take his wife and flee out of the city but his wife looked back and was turned to salt." Concerned, the little boy asked, "What happened to the flea?"

I know that I have temporarly slacked off sl.  One my pc is nuts and most important its hard to do with all my children around.  However for this short time we are still a family.  I promise that after the holiday I will be on as much as possible if not daily.

I almost forgot it was Thursday, I've been getting my days mixed up. They kind of all run together now, I guess that is what lack of sleep can do to you. The week is almost over and it is Memorial Day weekend, which hopefully means an extra day of rest for us all, and maybe some time together this weekend. It would be really nice to see you as I miss you all very much, but understand that we all have so much on our plates right now. Everyday should be.....

There are many days that are specified to make one person or a group of people feel good and to know they are loved and to that I say everyday should be special forever to know that they are loved.

So I declare that everyday is....
sisterhood day: for without each other we wouldn't be able to learn and grow and have a really loving support of women.
Master day: because if it weren't for the great guidance and patience as well as love for us that Master has we would not be able to grow and blossom into the slaves that we are and we could be.
Family day: I don't know what I would do without the wonderful people who make up my family.
Respect day: for without showing respect towards others we have no right to earn respect.
Giving day: in a life where giving is special to show our love there would be many more smiles out there in knowing that others are there for you.
Understanding day: understanding those around you and to be patient with those who need it, also understanding the great benefits that come from our lives from those around us as well as the animals that make us smile.

I hope that this week brings joy and laughter to you all which will diminish the times of stress and frustration. Know that I cherish my family even though we are apart right now and not really together. I do think about you all of the time so know that someone is sending you love and hope.

I've been running around a lot today, dealing with appointments, grocery trips, etc, but I am trying to learn to slow down, breathe deep, and focus on the little things. We've gotten quite a bit of rain here lately, and while there is still a slight drought, everything is green and lush. Flowers are beautiful, birds are singing happily, and there are tiny yellow butterflies everywhere, it seems. It is a beautiful day! Sometimes we tend to take for granted the beauty that surrounds us, including people. I myself have done this many times throughout my life. But we miss out on so much! I have the most beautiful sisters and I am blessed to know each of you. All of you have a special place in my heart, regardless of where our paths take us. We are all blessed with Master as well. He is the most kind, loving, patient, wonderful Man I have ever known. I love and adore all of you. You have forgiven me, supported me, and loved me, even when it was impossible for me to love myself. Please take small moments throughout your days to appreciate the little blessings that God has given us, so that you have that beautiful flower, or that special moment to think about when things get hard.

Remembering

I hope everyone had a great weekend and I know I haven't posted in awhile so I decided to bring out the pen. Yesterday and today I've been thinking about what made us a family. The good things in life and the bad things. It all makes us what we are and remembering it all becomes bittersweet. lol I guess I was just having one of those 'back in time' episodes. I thought about from when I first joined sl to learning about Dominus and getting the nerve to IM Master for the first time. How getting hurt was a bad memory and yet finding out about sl brought something good.  I guess I'm being a little random here. Anyways lol remember I love you all and while we haven't seen either other you guys are always in my thoughts.

Girls Im sorry about this weekend. Kids take a lot out of you and I had one doing contest, my wife had one with a prom and just before we left we had the first part of a project for Ryan.

In addition to that everything that could go wrong with me did. one of my injuries has gone nuts, im walking funny.  I have lost the use of some nerves in my right arm and hand.  I have been told it can take up to 10 days before that clears.  As for my leg lol I dont want to know.

ANYWAY Im back so I want to hear from you.  Thanks for journaling!!!  good girls

Hello family! So I was thinking on what encouraging thing I could say for this weeks post and the above saying is what came to mind. Never before have I been involved with such strong people that I knew they saying would fit perfectly for us.
I called my grandfather yesterday to see how he was doing with his new diagnosis of cancer and he said something pretty incredible. "You just keep going in life and you get to one point in life that you don't think that you can make it and you do. And once you get past that difficult spot you get ready for the next one." So coming from a 93 year-old man who just found out he has cancer is pretty inspiring I thought.
So as we get ready to start another week, not knowing what is to come, know that I have faith that you all have the courage and strength to not only get through one hurdle but to also prepare you for the ones that are to follow.

Again, I'm sorry for the late posting. Today was a busy day for me as I spent an hour an a half at the therapist with my daughter. Things are going well though, and she is doing good.

I hope that you are all doing good too. Nadeen and Spirit, I miss you both very much, and I hope that everything is going smoothly for you with the warm sun shining on you always. You are all always in my thoughts and prayers, and not a moment in my day passes with my giving thanks for each of you. Morggana, you are in my prayers as well along with Mischief the sweet baby and your dear grandfather. Master, my wonderful Master, you amaze me every day, every moment, and there are just no words. A Little Late But......

Giggles: I know this posting is a little late in the day but as Master said in yesterdays post us west coast gals are still sleeping and me and my personalities agree as we all just woke up lol.
So a new week has begun and I am so proud of you all. Master and his 20 children and 10 jobs still has time to make us feel special. Mina and her daughter I am so happy that things are going well in this new time for you both in healing and bonding your relationship even stronger. Spirit and her devotion to family and weapons. And Nadeen with her new job, getting out there can suck but with her she has found a pearl of a job in that it could lead to a great career.

Oh btw don't forget that tomorrow is April Fool's Day lol so have fun. May you get as well as you got as this is the one time of the year you can really make someone think twice and a little bit nervous.

The sun is shining bright and the warm weather is on the way!  That means we are going to have fun today! 

Exercise - 30 -45 mins of cardio.  Walk the dog, take a walk, run, jog anything enjoy the sunshine and a min of 30 mins of fast movement!

Tomorrow is chest and arms unless I change my mind :)

Drink at least 8 glasses of water today, skip the cokes and juice for one day. 

Be kind to your body and it will be kind to you.

Its mid week....weekend is almost here and we are almost a week into our Aldrin fitness goals!

Everyone in the family is working so hard and Im proud.

Today's routine:
 set of 12 squats beginners use a chair

 set of 12 launches for advanced

Advanced   set of 12 squats with a jump while coming up

Beginners  set of 12 leg kicks on each leg.Extend the leg as far as you can.

set of 12 push ups

set of  12 sit ups for advanced/ crunches for beginers

beginners 15 min brisk  walk

Advanced usual cardio routine

Repeat the sets for a set of 4.

Messenger on the phone isnt working for some reason Ill work on that.  Stay in contact with me.

Tuesday

Exercise:  - 30 mins of cardio.  I hope that you are a little sore this morning and thinking of me.  Think about the excting summer of health we are going to have.

Advanced folks - 45 mins of cardo.

Eating - try to eat every two hours if possible.  NOT MEALS, an apple, a cup of strawberries, celery..... something small and natural.  Keeps your metabolism up

8 glasses of water today- no exceptions- helps keep you hydrated and makes you flush out everything so you can poop. 

Kindness: - do something for others today and focus on uplifting someone today.  Smile and say hello, help an old person with their cart at the store, gather a couple of clothing items to donate or something like that.

SPRING IS HERE

Its cold today!  Well maybe not for you Texas girls.  Daddy is on a new path!  I want to tone up the guns and put on some more muscle.  As you all know I LOVE working out as much as I love women.
Its spring so lets do this together.  Our family is full of a wide range of fitness levels.  So I want to push you all.  All of you know how to workout, sometimes its motivation or lack of energy. 

So as a family I am ordering that we am up the fitness level.  It is going to be a fun and healthy challenge for us all!  The summer is coming and by summer we are going to be conditioned to being active.  You military folks and cops.... get on it. You already know what to do. 

My suggestion for the day

Beginners:
1)Use the kitchen chair for squats.
do 10 squats

2)  Do 10 push ups - the girl ones ... dont worry about how high you come up off the ground just now ...but give me a good 10

3) knee lifts
10 lifts with each knee

4) crunches
10 crunches
lift your head off the ground and breathe

Repeat that for a set of  3

Finally walk briskly for 15 mins

YOU CAN DO IT!  I want to hear about your progress tonight.

Advanced -
1 - 3 sets of 10 launches
2- 3 sets of  10 squats
3- 3 sets of 10 sit ups
4- 2 sets of sit ups elbow to the opposite knee
5-  2 sets of 15 mountain climbers - I mean when you are on the laying on your elbows or hands on the ground running but bending each knee up as high as you can go fast.

add 10-15 mins to your run or jog.

Tomorrow we are going to start on health and eating!

We are Aldrins and we can do this.  You will be amazed at what a elevated fitness level will do for your joy and confidence and success through out the day.

Spring is coming

There is a hint of warmth in the air, I saw tufts of grass starting to sprout and the air itself seems to come to life. There is something magical about springtime and I love the smiles I see everywhere as people start walking and laughing in the returning sunshine. Good News!

Hi my dear and loving F/family I know this isn't my day to update and that I have missed some Saturdays but I have a wonderful news I have to share. My father is doing a lot better and gets to come home to tomorrow and while he will still need some watching over he's out of danger and healing. It's been a scary time and I'm grateful to have a understanding and loving F/family. Thank you all for your prayers and keeping my father in your thoughts. I can't wait to talk with you all soon and I've really missed Y/you. I love Y/you all very much and thank you for being there for me.

The Future Holds

I have known you all for a few years now and am so amazed and so proud of everything we have accomplished during that time.
Master having the biggest heart to looking after his nephews, to getting married to his wonderful wife, adopting some wonderfully spirited children, and to having a baby of his own even is she is the only one to tell him no, lol.
Nadeen has had some hard times but the one thing that is constant is that she stays strong and overcomes everything from California, Arizona, and Nevada. Not a lot of people would have the strength or determination to follow through the way that she has.
Spirirt also had a tough experience but i am so proud that she is in our family and not giving up on anything. Sadly her father has had some medical problems but im sure that because of her prayers and will, he has been able to get better and keep going.
Mina has had a rough road from loosing her path on many levels but she has found her way, made great strides with her family, and has become a much stronger woman then ever before that i have seen.
Its hard to see our growth and strength at times but as a family we are stong and able to overcome most of the hurdles in our way, some like to run around the hurdle but, lol, you still are able to move past it.
I am so proud of you all and hopefully when things look the bleakest you can have a spark of willpower to remember the strength you hold within. Hugs to you all.

So it's official! A few weeks ago i was contcted by the poetry site that i send my poety to and they wrote me back saying i was a candidate for being one of the best poets of 2012 and to submit a new poem to be approved. Well i did it and i just got word that my poem was accepted to be pulished in the book called "Best Poets of 2012! I am SO excited and happy becuase i have been published and recorded on tape before but i was never able to afford getting them so this is the first time i will be able to have in my hand a poem of mmine in a book. So I hope im not forcing anything on you but below is the poem that was accepted.

An Outlook On A Situation

So as you may or may not know i have rekindled my passion and knowledge for crocheting as an outlet to who i am and a purpose for me to go by. Last night i was watching a video of a pattern being made so that i can hopefully learn the steps and be able to recreate the same design pattern and it hit me that the choices we make in life are very much like learning this pattern. There are  so many times in our lives that we look at something as being difficult and maybe even unattainable but like this crochet pattern it hit me that with patience and a guiding hand we can achieve almost any impossibility that is put in our lives. I know this is probably one of my sillier postings but if you look at it almost everything in our lives that we have been able to overcome has come from either the guidance of what we have learned, our passions for learning how to, or from the experience of someone who has either gone through the same thing or has an outside perspective on the situation. So as i sit here crocheting i had to think and almost giggle about the realization that we don't ever do things in our lives alone because somewhere down the path we have had the right guidance and patience to be there for us when we need it.
So this week as many of you go to work or deal with daughters or have kitties who think that by clawing some yarn is helping you make a blanket, wee are never alone and have or will always have a guide through even the most difficult times of our days. Hugs to you all and know that i love and appreciate each of you.

Well the weekend is soon to end but i know that we are going to all have a wonderul week. I am excited for the weekend ending cuase that means no more weekend tv which SUCKS! *giggles*

The Middle Of The Night

I know this isnt my day but i was up all night with this feeling of wanting to go to the beach at midnight when all of the magic of the world is around us.

Have you ever just gone to the beach in the middle of the night to lose yourself in thought of life inhaling the scent of mystique of salt and sand? Sitting there on the soft sand listening to the waves tell you of the most wonderful story in the world. Feeling as the wind moves your hair like the caress of a loved one while the moon smiles at you and  the stars wink at you like they know your secrets.

I am also in a submissive group online and it asked me to take a poll to see what i most saw myself as. It asks submissive, baby girl, pet, brat, slave, and a couple of others and i wanted to share my answer. I did some thinking while watching my son during his matches today.  W/we had a lot of good times these last four months I've been apart of our awesome family.  It all hasn't been sunshine and roses, but the rough times made us stronger.  Let's look towards the future and know that together we can do anything. :)

As many of you may know I still haven't found a job here in Reno and I admit it is frustrating and I often get down on myself. One of the things I use to help with that is the following quote from my Courage to Change daily affirmations.

Unity

If someone came up to me today and asked me to define my family in one word it would be unity. Through our unity i have seen our strengths and love for each other grow more then i have in many places. Many have come and gone but i think who is in the family today will be there for years to come and that makes me happy. We have those in who we can rely on, draw strength from, share a smile with and that is so important. Hugs to you all.

Sisterhood

Everyone has been posting some neat quotes so I thought I post one of my favorites.  It’s short, but it also says so much.  My sisters have always been there for me even when I was a simple Dominus slave and then a hurt one.  I’m a better slave and a better person just from knowing you A/all.  Sisters will fight and yes sometimes jealously can rear it’s ugly head, but the bond of sisterhood is something that can’t be broken.

As I was browsing the other day(pretty much all I can do on the computer lol) I came across a quote that had me thinking about all of you. From the day I walked into Dominus until now I have been changing and evolving and I didn't do it alone. Thank you all for contributing to who I have become and I am glad you are part of my life.

I woke up this morning with awful cold symptoms, and barely managed to pull myself out of bed. As I stood in front of the mirror brushing my teeth, I realized I was smiling as I thought of you A/all, and how your days were beginning as well. It's amazing what love can do, and how much strength and courage it can give. I hope you A/all have a wonderful and safe day, and that our love for each other gives you just as much strength and courage as it does me. 

Just a random thought.

Another day has passed and with it a reminder how much we care for each other.  There are times even in the real world that I will pause what I’m doing and think about my secondlife family and how dear they are to me.  It’s really amazing on how a digital world can bring people from all over the world together and have them care for each other.  Lol in a way I’m thankful for the cow that ran over me almost three years ago and the commercial I saw on tv.  I wonder if not for that accident would I have found secondlife and in turn find Dominus and then my wonderful family?  Lol if it was fate or just a case of bad luck good luck I’m grateful it all turned out the way it did.

No more than usual.  So its Wednesday and today I'd like for you to smile and know that you are loved.  Lets talk about rotating days (Tuesday and Wednesday)  This week Spirit has them.  Next week Im going to hand them over to Nadeen Aldrin.  The week after that Mina can do them.  PLEASE remind me after that to review it.

Friends

Friendship is a sweet and loving thing because there is nothing better than a good friend who would always be at your side.  I’m very lucky in the friend area because my loved ones, Master, and sisters, are also my very best friends.  I know I can always count on them and I hope they know they can always count on me as well.  Like Elbert Hubbard once said “A friend is someone who knows all about you and still loves you.”

POW

TUESDAY

I declare this Aldrin POW day.  Big things today.  Lets carry this through till Wednesday night. 

The goal is to be super energetic!  Do a few extra things today to help others and be more active....smile and say hi to people, take the stairs vs elevator,  park far from the door and walk.  Walk an extra mile or add mins to you work out. 

Be creative and have fun fun fun.... and say POW really loud today. hahaha

Update from me

Girls,

This week is nuts for me.  I am taking the family camping this weekend and will not be around Friday - Sunday.  I should be on late Sunday night.

Today I am off from work and here, feel free to talk to me. 
I will be sleeping as much as my children will allow which as we all know is never.  I am tired and hope to catch up on some rest.

Remember this weekend I will be out of pocket.  However, I will have an interesting assignment for you to complete over the weekend. :)

Also for my EST zone slaves, morganna posted a blog late sunday after you were in bed.  Flip back and take a look.  Just for future notes, the time stamps are way before my time so this may be on Pacific time also.  Take a few mins and check for late entries as they may happen from time to time.  This way we don't miss or overlook anything. 

What Does Family Mean

Family means a warmth that surrounds us all day everyday knowing that you have such love for others that cannot be broken and that your family has the same love for you. There are always problems and some difficult tiimes but in the end our love is what makes us survive the worst and best of each other. Family i s an incredible thing in that  when you need support, a friend, an ear, or to share a smile ther eis always someone there.

Saturday!

Saturdays are usually time to spend with your families both rl and sl so I wanted to take the time and tell you all how lucky I am to have such a great family.  You all been so wonderful and there never can be a better family than the one I have now.  So have a great day and enjoy yourselves.

Friday is Here

Friday is upon us and another weekend. Oftentimes this means more time with your family and a chance to reflect back on the week past. It has been a long time since I spent any time with my sl family. Know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers~kisses.

Wednesday

Wednesday is the half way mark to the weekend!  Hang in there and have a great difference.  Try to do something small to make a difference.  This can be as simple as a smile and "hello", or taking a cart at the store and putting it up for an older person.  Be  careful, do not spend a penny on this objective and have fun with it.  I look forward to talking to you all about what you did later.

In the mean time keep getting excited about our family and our future.

We are back at it. I am excited about this.  Our objectives are to increase our communication and do something together as much as possible.  Here are my ideas, I am hopeful that around the summer time if not sooner we can start a family business.  How exciting for us all!
