WEDNESDAY

Well well well

Its mid week....weekend is almost here and we are almost a week into our Aldrin fitness goals!

Everyone in the family is working so hard and Im proud.

Today's routine:
 set of 12 squats beginners use a chair

 set of 12 launches for advanced

Advanced   set of 12 squats with a jump while coming up

Beginners  set of 12 leg kicks on each leg.Extend the leg as far as you can.

set of 12 push ups

set of  12 sit ups for advanced/ crunches for beginers

beginners 15 min brisk  walk

Advanced usual cardio routine

Repeat the sets for a set of 4.
